Ali G. Moghadam is the founder of Posimistiq, the author of The Posimistiq Mind, and the creator of The ​Trouble Markers.

He is a passionate mental health advocate with lifelong experience and a genuine commitment to helping ​others achieve mental well-being. This expertise makes him a recognized authority in the field. As a ​published author and motivational speaker, Ali shares his insights through various publications and ​speaking engagements, helping individuals, organizations, and sports teams achieve their goals.

Ali's unique blend of business acumen and dedication to personal growth has helped him lead Posimistiq ​to become an industry leader in mental health.

In addition to his mental health advocacy, Ali is a highly accomplished professional in finance and business ​management. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint ​Joseph's University and a Master's in Accounting from Penn State University, along with minors in ​Business Law and Information Systems Management.

With over a decade of industry experience, including a role as Vice President of Financial Planning & ​Analysis for a prominent national insurance carrier, Ali has demonstrated exceptional leadership and ​expertise. He quickly rose to become the youngest officer at the company, a testament to his skills and ​proficiency.

Ali holds a Certified Public Accounting license and has passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor ​exam, providing him with a deep understanding of financial principles and practices. He has also served ​on the board of directors for two startups.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ali is a loving husband, proud father, and devoted family man, ​unanimously voted "Father of the Year" by his children every year since 2020. His commitment to ​responsibility and excellence is evident in all aspects of his life.

Meet Matt Paglione, an accomplished individual with a diverse background and a passion for education and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University and a Masters in Athletic Leadership from Rider University. With over a decade of teaching experience in urban school settings, Matt is currently making a positive impact at Trenton Central High School in New Jersey.

Sports have been a significant part of Matt's life, as evidenced by his impressive 24 seasons of high school coaching across various disciplines, including baseball, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse. However, Matt's talents extend beyond the realm of education and sports. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, where he achieved notable success with over $3 million in transactions during his first year in the industry.

But that's not all—Matt is a forward-thinking entrepreneur, having launched startups in the cutting-edge fields of Web3 and NIL. He is constantly learning and discovering new technologies, and his enthusiasm for implementing them into the classroom creates an engaging and innovative learning environment for his students.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt's true passion lies in helping students grow and reach their maximum potential. Through his guidance and mentorship, he aims to instill in them the importance of mental fortitude and a positive mindset. Meet Nik! Our talented animation intern who’s helping to bring your favorite Trouble Marker characters ​to life on the big screen. Nik has a strong interest in computer science, which fuels his passion for ​creating engaging animations and exploring new technologies.

Outside of his animation work, Nik is an avid soccer enthusiast and sports lover, always up for a game or ​cheering on his favorite teams. His diverse interests also include playing the piano, where he showcases ​his musical talent, and honing his skills as a rated chess player, demonstrating his strategic thinking and ​problem-solving abilities.

Whether he’s animating a new character, hitting the soccer field, or playing a game of chess, Nik’s ​dedication and enthusiasm are evident in everything he does. We’re excited to have him on board and ​can’t wait to see the creative contributions he’ll make to our projects.
