Ali G. Moghadam is the founder of Posimistiq Studios, the author of The Posimistiq Mind, and the creator ​of The Trouble Markers.

Ali is a passionate mental health advocate with a deep, personal commitment to helping others achieve ​mental well-being. He leverages both his lived experiences and professional expertise to make a ​significant impact in the field. As a published author and motivational speaker, he shares insights that ​empower individuals, organizations, and sports teams to reach their full potential. Through his work, Ali ​has become a recognized voice in mental health advocacy, known for his unique ability to blend personal ​growth with practical strategies for success.

Ali has a special ability to make complex topics easy to understand and is an expert at creating powerful​, inspirational, and motivational messages that deeply resonate with the audience and are compellin​g enough to be retained and acted upon. This unique blend of skills enables Ali to approach mental healt​h challenges from both an empathetic and analytical perspective, ensuring that his contributions ar​e impactful, scalable, and sustainable​.​

His expertise is further enriched by his extensive leadership experience in finance and business ​management. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint ​Joseph’s University and a Master’s in Accounting from Penn State University, with minors in Business Law ​and Information Systems Management. With over a decade of industry experience, Ali’s business acumen ​has been instrumental in driving Posimistiq Studios success as a leader in the mental health industry.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Ali is committed to continuous learning and collaboration ​with mental health professionals to further enhance his knowledge and impact. He holds a Certified ​Public Accounting license and has passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor exam, showcasing his ​proficiency in financial and business matters, which are critical to ensuring the health and sustainability ​of Posimistiq Studios in order to maximize its impact.

Beyond his career, Ali is a loving husband, proud father, and dedicated family man, consistently voted ​“Father of the Year” by his children every year since 2020. His commitment to responsibility, excellence, ​and personal growth is evident in all aspects of his life.

Meet Matt Paglione, an accomplished individual with a diverse background and a passion for education and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Penn State University and a Masters in Athletic Leadership from Rider University. With over a decade of teaching experience in urban school settings, Matt is currently making a positive impact at Trenton Central High School in New Jersey.

Sports have been a significant part of Matt's life, as evidenced by his impressive 24 seasons of high school coaching across various disciplines, including baseball, basketball, soccer, and lacrosse. However, Matt's talents extend beyond the realm of education and sports. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, where he achieved notable success with over $3 million in transactions during his first year in the industry.

But that's not all—Matt is a forward-thinking entrepreneur, having launched startups in the cutting-edge fields of Web3 and NIL. He is constantly learning and discovering new technologies, and his enthusiasm for implementing them into the classroom creates an engaging and innovative learning environment for his students.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Matt's true passion lies in helping students grow and reach their maximum potential. Through his guidance and mentorship, he aims to instill in them the importance of mental fortitude and a positive mindset. Meet Nik! Our talented animation intern who’s helping to bring your favorite Trouble Marker characters ​to life on the big screen. Nik has a strong interest in computer science, which fuels his passion for ​creating engaging animations and exploring new technologies.

Outside of his animation work, Nik is an avid soccer enthusiast and sports lover, always up for a game or ​cheering on his favorite teams. His diverse interests also include playing the piano, where he showcases ​his musical talent, and honing his skills as a rated chess player, demonstrating his strategic thinking and ​problem-solving abilities.

Whether he’s animating a new character, hitting the soccer field, or playing a game of chess, Nik’s ​dedication and enthusiasm are evident in everything he does. We’re excited to have him on board and ​can’t wait to see the creative contributions he’ll make to our projects.
